In the first hour, participants will master Google’s AI ecosystem to automate workflows and enhance client communications. The remaining two hours focus on the strategic implementation of Google MyMaps, teaching agents how to build custom, interactive maps that showcase local expertise, provide immense value to buyers, and serve as a unique lead generation tool. This course combines technical skill-building with practical marketing applications to help agents dominate their local market.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

● Navigate and utilize Google AI tools (Gemini and Workspace integrations) to streamline real estate administration and marketing.

● Articulate the "Why" behind Google MyMaps as a tool for establishing local authority and improving the client experience.

● Construct a custom Google MyMaps featuring categorized layers, custom icons, and embedded property or neighborhood data. ● Develop a marketing strategy to distribute custom maps via social media, websites, and email to capture and nurture leads.

● Apply data privacy and ethical best practices when using AI and mapping technology in real estate practice.

Learning Outcomes:

Participants who successfully complete this course will demonstrate the ability to:

● Integrate AI prompting into daily operations to reduce time spent on repetitive tasks. ● Create professional, interactive neighborhood guides using Google MyMaps to provide value to out-of-area buyers.

● Implement a "Hyper-Local" marketing plan that uses custom mapping to increase digital engagement and lead conversion.
