This course will fulfill the 7 hour CE requirement from the State of SC for the newly required course content that covers Bias in the Valuation Process, including an overview of local, state and federal laws-- and how they work together with our own Uniform standards to ensure appraisers are not actively or unknowingly committing bias in their appraisal process.
