The presentation highlights the scale of the planned public amenities and how they fundamentally change access to and use of the riverfront, while acknowledging the responsibility that comes with transforming a former industrial site through ongoing environmental stewardship. It also examines how a deliberately small but strategically placed private development component is expected to act as a powerful catalyst, driving momentum, investment, and long-term economic activity well beyond the boundaries of the site itself.
