Welcome to Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® online membership application.  This application is for new Realtor and MLS Only Offices, any other types of applicants should contact the office at 843-626-3638 ext 2.

One your application has been reviewed, you will receive an online invoice to complete the payment.

Membership Disclosure Information: Completion of this application and nonrefundable payment of ALL applicable fees may activate Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS® and MLS services. All applicants are required to complete the Orientation Course within two months of application. Failure to attend Orientation may
result in suspension of services pending fulfillment of Orientation requirement. Payment amount includes membership in CCAR, SCAR and the National Association of REALTORS® Upon payment of Membership Dues and subsequent annual dues, I will abide by and agree to continue my commitment to the Code of Ethics, Bylaws and Constitution, MLS Rules and Regulations, MLS Policy and Procedures, and my duty to arbitrate (as from time to time amended) all terms and conditions of Association Membership. I understand that by providing my mailing address, email address, telephone number and fax number, I consent to receive communications sent by or on behalf of CCAR, SCAR and NAR and its subsidiaries and affiliates via regular mail, email, telephone, text or fax.

Membership Policies

• All licensed agents in company must join within 7 days of receiving license or transferring to office.

Broker in Charge Responsible for Accounts Payable

• MLS dues are available online by the 5th of every month (check or credit card to pay for every agent in office)
• Annual dues for each agent are available online in November each year and due by December 15^th. 
• Make sure to have changes of agent’s information updated before the 1^st of every month to reflect on billing information.
• Broker in Charge account MUST be settled before transferring or becoming inactive with real estate firm.
