Clean water and healthy salt marshes are key drivers of property value and buyer appeal along the coast. This course gives Realtors the knowledge and tools to confidently discuss water quality and environmental factors that impact coastal real estate.

Learn how to use the S.C. Watershed Atlas and other trusted resources to research local water conditions, answer client questions with clarity, and add value beyond the transaction.
